Cancellation Policy

Eyelash Services

A deposit of 30% of the service price is required to book your appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost, and no-shows will be charged 100%. Deposits are non-refundable but will be credited towards your next service if the cancellation notice meets the 24-hour requirement.

Tattoo Services

 A deposit of $100 is required to book your appointment. Due to the specialised nature of tattoo appointments, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost, and no-shows will be charged 100%. Deposits are non-refundable but will be credited towards your next service if the cancellation notice meets the 7-day requirement.

Payment Surcharges

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, Afterpay, and direct bank transfers. Please note the following surcharges:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: A 1.9% surcharge applies to cover transaction processing costs.

  • Afterpay Payments:** A 6.9% surcharge applies, which is the fee charged by Afterpay to merchants.

  • Cash Payments and Direct Bank Transfers: No surcharge applies.
